Almost There!
Yours Truly is currently trapped in purgatory, otherwise known as The Endless Flight to Indonesia. Already I have (technically speaking) missed a flight (which was delayed, so I got lucky), very nearly missed the connecting flight in Los Angeles, lost my main piece of baggage (the one with all my clothes, medicines, cycling gear, and wetsuit), and spent the night on the couch at Changi airport in Singapore. In other words, the trip is already adventure- and fun-filled and is only likely to improve as the days go on. I've hardly even had the chance to experience Southeast Asia, and already I love it.
I'll see if I can keep you aprised (at least in outline form) of things as they progress.
Oh . . . and the Evolution Tango show at the Latino Cultural Center this last weekend kicked ass. Specifically, it kicked the asses of all the old-school, lame-ass, aesthetically-challenged hacks that comprise so much of the rapidly disappearing "original" dallas tango scene (yes, I mean YOU Jeramy, and YOU Rocky "I'm a fat-ass, tasteless, groveling, complaining wanker" and all the rest of your ilk.
But more on THAT later (I promise!).
Your,
